On behalf of the Brothers of the Omicron Sigma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., I extend a warm welcome to our website. It is an honor to serve as President of this distinguished chapter, where we remain steadfast in advancing the aims of our great fraternity: Manly Deeds, Scholarship, and Love for All Mankind.

Since our chartering on January 24th, 1987, Omicron Sigma Lambda has been committed to uplifting our community through service, mentorship, advocacy, and the strengthening of brotherhood. Our chapter is proud to stand as a beacon of leadership and excellence in the Middle Tennessee Area, carrying forward the legacy of Alpha Phi Alpha while addressing the pressing needs of our community today.

College Brothers - Kappa Xi Chapter

In the Fall of 1974, eight tenacious young college men discussed ideas of laying the framework for an organization that would indeed enhance the campus life of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). After consultation with various key individuals throughout the State of Tennessee, they were successful in their task.



The 432nd Realm was founded on March 25, 1975, by the eight strong brothers known as the "Absedarian 8."

In January 1982, a group of young, inspiring, and courageous men came together to strategize on providing another opportunity for young men to join a great and prestigious fraternity. By March 1982, “Lookin’ Toward Alpha” was officially established at Tennessee Tech University, partnering with the Tau Lambda, Beta Omicron, and Kappa Xi chapters to work toward chartering the next phase of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In November 1982, a group of young men crossed over into the land of Alphadom, known as the “Genesis of the Iron Circle.”



The 727th realm was officially founded on January 10, 1983, by the Nine Pearls of the Omicron Phi Chapter.
